Check this out!

The brand new Funky Blooms range has arrived at Kaszazz and I got to play at a recent TTD in Cairns. This is a new 2Hr workshop, Funky bloom n bling page and pocket pieces, I am also in orange mode this week, but you can choose from a few other colours to do your workshop pages in!
And if that's not enough orange for you,here's something else I just created, with a friend in mind, but I think I will keep this one for myself and make her another! It's a little notebook on hinged rings and the pages are decorated with Kaiser stamps.
Life has been so hectic. My girlfriend and myself have just hosted a BIGGEST MORNING TEA this week, for the Cancer Council and raised $500. We are stoked. It went off well, we had a few market stalls set up at the local hall and lots of yummy treats and fantastic prizes were won in the raffles. We had a crowd of about 40 and I think we will do it again next year!
Taylah had her cross country run at shchool this morning and I was so proud of her. She came 9th out of about 13 or 14 kids, so she did well. Both kids went off dressed in green this morning for the save the turtles day, photos will be up soon.

And we're doing it all again this weekend!!

Hopefully, that's if the rain stays away! It drizzled for most of our weekend, but, it was patchy and so we were able to hang out on the beach and do alot of walking. Dave caught two lovely MANGROVE JACKS, which we cooked up straight away, yum! I am slowly getting my passion back with the camera and taking photos. I seemed to have lost it for awhile, I think that's what happens when you turn your hobby into a job. (I have been shooting weddings for about 8 years now, and after having a year off last year, was a little uncertain about going back into it!) I haven't had much on for the first part of this year, I have enjoyed the ones I've done, but I've noticed, the less I do work wise, the more I start to get the urge to just take photos again. I like that!
STill scrapping my heart out, there are so many projects on my desk, cards, layouts, Kaszazz stuff, but I will never get enough of that! Love it!
Anyway, hopefully we can camp again this weekend at Tinaroo, hold out dear rain! I also think haveing some time away in the great outdoors is good for the soul and also brought my photography and scrapping mojo's back!

Dave and I are very excited. We haven't taken the kids camping in 2 years! Can't believe it's that long. I think we are going to get rained on a litte, but not to worry, it will be an adventure.
The kids went to the circus last night, so they will be tired and hopefully we can get an early start in the morning. I plan to take oodles of pics, to scrap when I get back!!!!

Thanks girls and I really enjoyed that Easter fab 4 challenge! My other surprise was this month's copy of SBM, (Scrapbooking Memories mag), with my Mother's day feature! I have had quite a few layouts published now, but this is my first feature! So exciting, just had to share.
Other news, my workshops are happening and I am slowly finding some regular customers who are just loving them. It helps when the catalogue is so jam packed full of goodies! HAPPY EASTER EVERYONE

Well, a very wet Easter here, nothing unusual about that really, but not much break in the weather. Had to do the indoor egg hunt this morning, much excitement in the camp! Easter bunny came and went no probs, which is amazing considering the questions that Taylah just had to ask him. She wanted to know how many siblings he had and left him two stamp pads, red for girls and blue for boys. Gee, lucky that easter bunny is clever and was able to get the lids off the ink and stamp 3 red spots and 1 blue one. Taylah even found a piece of his fur caught up in a spider web near the pantry! UNREAL!

Lots of rain and scrap related stuff!

STill busy putting workshops together and organising workshops for the school holidays. Walking the streets doing letterbox drops, thanks Michelle for helping me today. At least it's keeping me fit. We've had heaps of rain here in the last few weeks, gardens are looking great! Keep your eyes out for the Mother's day special in SBM mag next month, I was asked to create a project for it, very exciting!
I'm in card mode at the moment, have had heaps of inspiration from a few mags and have had the watercolour crayons out, with all the colours and themes of easter!
Will leave you with a photo of our resident Green Tree Frog, who is loving our Yukka plant outside our bedroom window. He's been there for days now and keeps swapping leaves. At night, I can hear him go Thud on the window, probably chasing his dinner. We haven't named him yet, but I think he's been there long enough to be a pet!

Busy, busy, busy!

Wow, there goes another month since I last blogged! :( Well, life is hectic and today instead of getting stuff done, here I am on the computer again! :)
Anyway, busy setting up my workshops and demo's for Kaszazz this week, check out their website on my link to the right if you've not done before, The new catalogue is bursting with great stuff and I'm loving trying out new stamps and techniques. I have so fallen in love with the SMOOCH spritz, it is awesome.
Getting a few challenges done over at LSBS, www.littlescrapbookshop.com.auand have won a few vouchers which I have spent on their cool sale of MME stuff!!! Can't wait to get it in my hot little hands! Anyway, must go, will leave you with a few recent creations!!!!
