I can't believe the month has flown by. I haven't posted for awhile, but am currently keeping about 4 journals I have to keep up with! Have just had my parents here for 2 weeks and that was so good, we were all very sad when they left on Wednesday! The kids idolise them and kept them on their toes the whole time! It gets harder to say goodbye each time,we all get so emotional. I managed to get a little scrapping done while they were here and a little bit of photography. (Mainly family pics, but important for me to get!
We finally have dried up here in the far north, it doesn't take long for the greens to start looking brown. Great to have a reprieve from the rain though. We have been doing alot of swimming now and have noticed the cooler breeze in the afternoons.
I spoiled myself with a prsent today, ventured into Spotlight for their sale and picked up a ZUTTER binder for a great price and all the accessories of course. Very excited, can't wait to get some mini books on the go now!
Have had a little play with my new 50m lens too, I'm loving it already! The image of Jack this post was taken with my Canon 400D with the 50m f1.8. Can't wait to use it a bit more seriously!

The more you use the lens the more you will love it.
I am glad the rain has eased up for you. It only started to get cold down here is week. I always feel so busy it's takes a conscious effort to blog at times.
